Ghana
AIMS Ghana opened in 2012 as the West African hub of the AIMS Network. With backing from the Government of Ghana, we became a UNESCO Category II Centre of Excellence, offering fully funded postgraduate programmes that combine rigorous coursework with independent research.
AIMS Ghana is a UNESCO Category II Centre of Excellence
Additionally, AIMS Ghana Master’s programs are accredited by the National Accreditation Board (Ghana). Since its inception, AIMS Ghana has graduated over 500 students, 33% of them being women.

THE AIMS MODEL
The AIMS model is a pan-African innovation in higher education designed to identify and nurture Africa’s most promising graduates. It offers;
A broad research-driven curriculum blending mathematics, computing and real-world applications.
Computing facilities, reliable internet access, and a collaborative residential learning environment.
Close mentorship through resident tutors and visiting international lecturers.
Full or partial schorloarships covering tuition, housing, meals, and study materials.
